is this a good deal?

I came across this ad in my local craigs list area, and am wondering if it s a good or fair deal. ill give you a description of the ad:

Not a bad deal at all I'd say, though personally I'd spend a bit more and built a system myself using newer parts but if you want something pre-built with a good amount of grunt then it's a good enough deal.

That is a pretty good deal. If you do go after it, make sure you have him do a clean reinstall of Windows.

You can't build a system like that for $850. Sweet deal even though it's a first generation i7 CPU but still it's quad core with HT. He said OBO so maybe you can hit him for $800 cash. Go any lower and you'll probably insult him.
