I can get these components for $320 if i act now.. I know its all less than a year old too (hard times makes people do things they normally wouldn't) its good stuff, but I haven't the time to just sit down and look at the things that I would like, like making sure its all compatible and read reviews and stuff.. Ya'll know what I mean. Just looking for some quick feedback.. Thanks.

yup, only thing left in stock is the CPU.

But I believe he might have other opportunities to purchase the above items, he's just wondering if all of that for that price is fair and it will all work together.

Yes, that's correct! Have a friend that's trying to unload this and was wondering if it's a deal I should consider. I have been researching a little, and I see that the board wasn't originally developed to handle an 8 core proc, and that there have been issues, but there has been success as well... Will jump on this if it's as good as it seems.. :)
