Is this a good deal?

I was browsing online yesterday and I came across this deal. An AMD Athlon 64 3700+, Socket 754, Clawhammer, 1MB L2 Cache, 800Mhz FSB for $205. And if i buy it i can get a 1GB flash drive for free. So does this sound like a good deal?

well is about the price i'd expect, the free driveis nice. But its still on s754 which is ok for now. Its being phased out but has remained alive thanks to sempron, but once they start to move over to 939 (probably around the M2 launch) you will see 754 quick fading away.
 
Well i have a S754 mobo right now, so do you think i would be better off saving up some more money and buying a S939?

i would if you have the money. get a 3000+ and overclock it and get a good motherboard and youll be set
 
I actually decided not to buy anything for my comp for a while, im waiting to make enough money then get a whole new system.
