is this a good deal?

Did you notice that's only case+ motherboard? don't bother looking at barebones, build your own one, because if you build barebones you're limited to what the build is giving to you and no what you want or can get for your price
 
ok but my only fear is that when installing the motherboard if u mess up at all it just goes downhill and nothing will work and with the bare bones kit i cant mess that up.

If your careful nothing will go wrong. Building a computer is easy. Just make sure to put the standoffs on the case and make sure that the motherboard is not touching the case and when your puttting the stuff in touch the edge of the case to discharge the static out of you so you wont ruin in components.
 
but see im one unlucky person and when i do something that matters i normally screw it up so i will just get one of my friends to do it and if he messes up i will make him give me a Wii or PS3 (man i love having friends that work at Game Stop)

Ya I have bad luck to but I didnt mess up but ya get one of your friends to do it sounds like a good idea.
