Hey everyone,
So I'm relatively new to building pc's and I'm really looking forward to doing so but I need a little guidance. I would really appreciate if someone could give me tips and have a look a what I'm currently getting and see if I could substitute it with something else (better or worse). Also if it's compatible and would run correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. :)

Mobo - Asus Z170 pro gaming ATX LGA1151
CPU - Intel Core i5 6600K 3.5GHz Quad core
^^^^ - Cooler Master Hyper t4 70.0 CFM
GPU - MSI Geforce GTX 960 4gb video card
Memory - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (2 x 8gb) DDR4
Power - Corsair CX 430w 80+
Storage - Western digital caviar blue 1tb

The 430 watt would be fine but if you ever wanted to upgrade the video card then a 500 watt would work for a variety of cards.

Right now I'm sitting at 1300 Australian dollars and I won't be going to much over. So I'll change the power supply to a CX 600w. Thanks for that.

I don't know how prices are where you are but the R9 380 is slightly faster for a similar price to the 960.

If you can afford it definitely get an SSD for Windows and apps - even if it's just a 120GB one (250GB is usually what I recommend though). Samsung 850 Evo is a good model to choose. It will really make a difference to performance. You can install games onto the HDD.

I guess you already have a case?

Yeah I already have a case, corsair graphite 230. Just ordered it yesterday. I'll definitely have a look at an ssd.
Thanks
