Is this a good gaming computer?

I have been looking for a long time now for a good gaming computer for my son. I almost bought one, but then we had an emergency and had to put it off. I have the money now so was wondering what you thought of this. The main game he will be playing is WOW.

AMD phenom II x4 quad core 3.4ghz processor, it's powerful enough for most of applications and almost all of todays current games

Build one if you are not already. That's overpriced for those components. Get a power supply from corsair, seasonic, XfX, or silver stone or antec. Don't get a board from bio star, and get a intel i3. A gts 450 is outdated, and you can usually find a better card for the same price as a 450.
 
I know that would be the best thing to do, but I have no clue how to build one :/

I was looking at ibuypower website and you can pick the components and they will build it for you. I just don't know what to pick.

Listen, build one. Ibuypower and cyber power make some of the most unreliable computers out there, a little worse than dell or hp. Building a computer IS NOT hard, around 2 hours and a 40 minute video.
 
You can buy the parts from Newegg.com if you're in the States. Can't spec you a build right now because I'm busy, but I'm sure somebody else will lend you a hand. :)
