Is This a good laptop

I've wanted to get into computer gaming for awhile and I just couldn't find a good and cheap computer

If you want to game on a budget then you'll find a lot more performance in a desktop.

It's a decent machine for what it is now, its 6 years old, but those g-series are quality. I have a G74sx at home and its still a decent machine with its 2nd gen i7 and gtx560M graphics

I'm not sure what gpu is in the g73 but mine has the 560M /3Gb and it plays alot of games at decent fps

Yah, I think that model has a 5870 radeon graphic chip too!! Not sure if you've had a g-series before, or if you even care but they are heavy (for a laptop) 8.5lbs. in this case.

The thing I like though is the build quality, the screen hinge is excellent!
