Well Foxconn is so/so and it has a SIS chipset and AGP. I would not buy it but if thats what you need I guess it would be ok. What kind of system is the board for? Is there some reason you want a SIS chipset and a AGP slot.

and it is for a simple internet browsing machine
nothing else.

What does I have SIS mean, SIS is the chipset on the motherboard, are you replacing a motherboard with this one and the old one had a SIS chipset. I would pick a Asus or Gigabyte board with a Intel or Nvidia chipset with a PCIe slot unless your replacing the board and using your old AGP video card

I have SIS chipset in my current motherboard i am replacing a old build with this motherboard it is good for webrowsing
