is this a good motherboard?

What is the exact motherboard? Need more info then just H61. Some manufacturers just produce crappy motherboards.

It depend. Do you want dual video card? what you need motherboard for? H61 is LGA 1155, and non-SLI or non-Firecross. But H61 is good enough for affordable motherboard. As long as you have right CPU and RAM, you can still upgrade to P65.
