It will play most AAA titles on medium settings, probably even more. Good card for the price

Probably games like gta or fallout and skyrim with lots of mods

The mods will mostly be CPU dependent so you won't have an issue there.. My 280X runs Skyrim smoothly on Ultra so I would expect to see a smooth experience on high settings with the 270X.

GTA is also a CPU intensive game. Shouldn't be too much of an issue.

You want more than a 270X for mods if you can afford it, especially if you're pushing an ENB.
