Is this a good video card?

Hey everyone.. I found this 8600GT For 240.00. I want it to be able to run Test drive unlimited, F.E.A.R and some Direct X 10 games coming out. It says on the box it's DX10 compatible. Here's the link

It will run DX10 games, but it's not the most powerful card. You should expect to play those games around high settings, but not maxed out.
