is this a good videocard

i am buying a computer at ibuypower and was wondering if this is a good videocard to play battlefield 2 in highest settings

ati radeon 9600 xt 256 mb w/dvi + tv out 8x agp videocard
 
List all specs of the system in mind.
But with that card expect nothing higher than medium settings at 10x76 (if that).
