Is this a Modem Problem?

On My old 486 machine everytime I go to Dailup it just get a blue screen and says Kernell32 errors. I was wondering is that a problem with the Modem?

Could be drivers, make sure you have the drivers installed for your modem.
What operating system are you running?

Do you know what modem you have?
Do you have a disk with the modem drivers on?

No and No............I think it's the modem and not the drivers because it was working fine til I pull the phone cord out with it connected to the internet, then I get blue screens when I try to connect. but I wasnt sure.

lol, maybe you could get another modem then, they cost next to nothing.

Was it that hard to just disconnect? Well, I hope you learned your lesson.
