Is This A Problem With NTL or Just Me?

with my NTL 1mb broadband connection i seem to get 950mb/s download and 150mb/s upload, where as if i look at other companies with 1mb they have a 850mb/s download and 250mb/s upload, i cant find anything about speeds on the NTL website.

is this a problem with NTL or is it just me whos getting it wrong?
 
you mean kb/s not mb/s. from what i understood of that, its NTL who are right. i download at 370kb/s on a 3mb line. which would make yours roughly 125kb/s
