Is this a router???

i found this item on amazon i would like to know if this a wireless router i could use in my home it seems very powerful i am just wondering if its worth the money

No not a router just an access point. You can use these to extend your wireless or have wired devices connect to a wireless network. You would need a router attached to the network before the access point though.
