Is this a scuzzy drive? Scsi?

Hi guys, A co worker has this drive in their computer... I am pretty sure its one of those scsi adapters but I do not want to make a mistake. It seems I can not find a driver to work with this device in windows 7. It looks like this

Is there some sort of Adapter I could use via usb or firewire that would make this compatible for Windows 7?

It looks like it's SCSI. USB to SCSI adapters exist but I have no idea how well they work though.

They do exists and they are really expensive and rare. Would cost around $60.
