Is this a video card problem?

My boss asked me to take a look at his laptop today. It's a Lenovo Yoga. I'm not sure however if it's 11" or 13". The drivers and everything would be the same no matter the size.. right?

Anyway, he dropped it a while back and cracked the screen. He said it was still working fine for a month or so, but then it started glitching. I was on it for an hour or so, just checking everything out and recorded the problems I've noticed. I'll link the video down below.

What I've tried:
Dxdiag - all successfully passed/working. No problem's found.
Made sure the drivers were updated.
Virus scan using Malwarebytes.

I'm not a computer technician at my job or anything, but if I can fix this there's a chance I could be promoted. It's important for me to fix this!

Let me know if you need any other info.

Thanks,
-B.

You have internal damage, I doubt anyone will work on this laptop since its been dropped. The cost to dig into it and try repairing it would be more than to just buy a new laptop. You can try doing a system recovery but other than that, its not worth it.

No beuno :/

I'll try the system recovery and hope for the best.

Thanks!

try furmark, stress and stability test for graphics, but i'm gonna go ahead and say that laptop is destroyed pretty much

The only things good would be the dvd drive, hdd and ram. Just had a thought though. Try removing and reinserting the memory and see if that makes a difference.

I think if its glitching then its possible that the screen has come away from its connectors slightly. Plug a monitor in, and if that works fine then that the issue, if it doesn't then bin the bad boy :)

I agree. Just trash it.
