Is this any good?

It sees an Intel chipset and supports the Core 2 quad core models as well as the Socket 775 celeron models. Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI generally are the top three makes of boards with good support options. The Wi-Fi option as well as faster DDR2 1066 memory standard give that one an edge of the DDR2 800 models using Intel chipsets as one thing to consider.

The p5k is a good board, from all I've heard, and it's a solid overclocker as well. Just as capable as Gigabytes DS3, if not more.

oh nooooo....!!! don't break it! :P

Don't worry the first board in the new build M2N-E by Asus crapped out after the first 3 days! Fortunately the old 939 case was still sitting there waiting to see the drive wiped before giving that one to a family member.
