That graphics card isn't really very good for Doom III. It's really a low-end Radeon. Read here:

1. It supports Doom3.
2. Doom3 while revolutionary, doesnt require all that much to run. Like aqsg72 said, its not "good" for Doom3.

Doom3 will play all the way down to the GeForce2MX level

You can play D3 but nothing past low. medium detail might be pushin it.
