Is this case good? Antec 900 black

it comes with four fans: two in front, one rear and one top fan. it is noisy as hell. esp if you install a side fan (not included).

i have two 4870 in crossfire in mine and two hard drives. the cages make it a little cramped inside but i sux at cable management, also depends what psu you r using.

overall i'm happy with it, but sometimes i just 'look around'.

I really like a computer case's looks... I would go with a 902 if I were you... other than the black color, there are some engineering changes (very minor) for better airflow inside the case.

I think these cases get used too often. they are all over the place. that said they are good cases.

This case is amazing... HAF 922!!

I got this with my brand new build about 3 weeks ago.. Has 3 fans in it, has great air flow, keeps my processor nice and cool, there is a permanant motherboard tray in it so you can manage all your cables and put them under the mother board through the holes, installing DVD rom and hard drives is a snap.. no screws what so ever.

Ill post a pic of how clean this case is if put together properly

All in all awesome case.. and i do plan on modding it somewhat.. but i dont believe it needs it

The HAF 922 has almost Silent Fans as does the Storm Scout, and Storm Sniper from Cooler Master. I would go with the HAF 922 or Storm Scout before I would the Antec 900. The Antec 900 is a good case but there are plenty of cases that are better for the price.

Go with the scout - it has everything you need:

Tool-less drive installation
Tool-less adapter installation
4x front usb ports
1x front esata port
HD Audio from front panel (if mobo supports)
Fans w/ dust filters and LED's
It's cheap ($90 at newegg i believe)
You can change the CPU cooler without having to remove the mobo (definate plus!)
Carrying handle (you'll be surprised how often you use it)
You can fit everything in it (except maybe a 5970 GPU - they are 13.5" long!)
And an overall Kick-Ass look!

Money doesn't matter. My friend needs a good case and he's willing to pay anything. So is the Antec 900 the best?

No the Antec 900 is not even close to the best. What is the max amount he is willing to spend on a case. We will recommend the best case for his price point.

$60 - $250. Since there is a sale on newegg for blackfriday I just think that this might be the best opportunity to buy top notch cases.

That HAF 922 is pretty nice. The only con about it is the fact the its not black on the inside. IMO black looks way better then aluminum or gray.:(
