Is this computer specification good?

Hi there,
I need to buy a computer for mostly internet surfing, office, watching movies and playing music. Also it must be a silent computer. what do you think of these specifications:

CPU: Intel core 2 duo E7200
Memory: Mushkin DDR2 4096MB (2048MBx2) 800Mhz CL 5-5-5-18 SP
Graphic card: Club3D nVIDIA GeForce 9600GT 512MB PCIe
DVD burner: LG GSA-GH22L X22 SATA DVD
Mother board: ASUS P5QL-E
Case: Antec Sonata Designer 500
cpu fan cooler: Zalman CNPS 9700 or 9500 (I am not sure if it fits the size of
the case. It is good if you can tell me it fits or suggest some
other model)

Hard disk: Seagate ST31000340AS SATA2 32MB

I dont think you need 4gigs of ram for surfing web. If your not going to play games go with amd it will come out cheaper. If your aren'g gonna be ocing the system stock cpu fan will do fine just put use good thermal paste. Get a bigger HDD go with WD 500 or 750gig 7200rpm HDD, So you can store your music videos etc.
