9.99 for a regular 119.99 set of memory. Is there a catch? Or is it not so great ram in the first place?

119 for tht seems overpriced to me. But there are like 4-5 rebates. its not just one...

It is a good deal, though the software is worthless. Let's see: 4 times 9.99 = ~ $40 for 2GB of DDR2 Ram.
