Is this enough cooling?

Just wondering if my new system (in sig) will run cool enough with the air setup i have. I might be doing some cpu overclocking (pushing my cpu to 2.7Ghz is my goal), havent decided to do any other overclocking yet. But just pretending that I will do some 'average' overclocking for the rest of the parts (mobo, RAM, perhaps GPU), will this be enough cooling?

aluminum case with 5 80mm fans (coolermaster praetorian)
Zalman Silent CPU Cooling Kit (CNPS7000B-AlCu)
Shin-etsu thermal grease

unfortunately, I do not have a method of testing temperatures (unless there is a way to do it with software)...

most definately. if you want some temperature monitoring software try speedfan or everest.
