Is this fan compatible with my CPU?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at buying an OEM AMD XP+ 3000 333FSB Barton. I was wondering whether this fan here would work.

It says it's compatible with a Barton core 3200+, but doesn't mention 3000. Surely it'd work though as it's the same socket etc but a lower speed chip?

It'll work but a few things:
AthlonXPs are gonna get hot .. if you're intention is to get a quiet cooler, might i reccomend the Tt Silentboost k7 -- at 21db its noticeably quieter and argueably more effective
