Is this going to be good enough to game at 1080 and 1440p im wanting to play flight simulator X smoothly and play high graphic games as well. I will do word processing and video editing.

Is this adequate, should I swap the 750 for a 960

High graphics games at 1440? Build your own and possibly squeeze a 970 in there. The 960 is good but not good enough for max quality.

That 750 isn't really worth anything as far as your needs go :P

Haha can you do a parts list for me which includes the 970 and is under $1000 USD
 
That list is kind of wonky.

I'd drop to a SATA SSD and upgrade the video card way beyond a 750 within the same budget, the GPU upgrade offers you a lot more than the SM951 does over a standard SSD. Also I'd at least bump the RAM frequency into the 2400 or 2800 kits since they're pretty comparable price wise for a little more performance.
