The way I understand it, the 8320 can easily be clocked up to 8350 stock speeds, but the 8350 has more clocking potential overall. I have been able to comfortably clock my 8350 to 4.3ghz with the stock cooler. But will you notice much of a difference between the two? Probably not.
Is this good enough for a gaming build?
