That doesn't seem good not compared to mine anyways. Is the hard drive IDE or sata looks to me likes it an older IDE drive which is probably the reason for low benchmarks.

Seems about right for an IDE drive did you do a error scan to make sure nothing is wrong with it.

All those major dips like that could indicate an issue, but low level benchmarks arent all inclusive.
