Is this laptop my best option?

So im selling my desktop purely because i want a mobile machine that i dont need to lug between my parents houses anymore and things like that. Since im a gamer, worried about graphics power.
I have a budget of 950 maximum, and i have chosen a laptop called the Asus G73SW-BST6 with 8 gigs of ram, 2.0 ghz i7, nice display, 7200 rpm hardrive, and a gtx460m. will that graphics last me for a few good years? maybe not not all games on max but it replacing my main desktop and is my main comp. Im gerting this 1200$ laptop refirbished for 900 even. My main question is, is this my best option????

is a better option. The GTX460 is a good card, but far from a beast. The 560 is slightly more refined, but not really any more powerful. It should be able to max a few games now, and most of them from a couple of years ago. It will last longer than a 460 also, but (should you wish to go this route), the 460 is the most powerful mobile GPU that supports windows XP.
