And I'd stick 2gb ddr3 ram in to expand in the future

It's for light websurfing, spotify and itunes, windows live messenger and skype and that is about it.

I know you may say you can get one that is good for less but I think that's pretty reasonable and I hate laggy computers

mobo - cclonline get the wrong spec...
MSI 770-C45 with only 1 x PCI-E x16.

CPU and mobo are both alright.
Do yo have video card? that mobo don't have onboard VGA. With your use, you should consider 785G mobo
