is this motherboard reliable?

I almost bough a Jetway one time, but I caved.

You can find better name brand/quality boards
for the same price, as stated above.

thanks very much.:) i appreciate the swift responses. i was reading through the reviews on the ASUS board and frequently noticed that the northbridge chipset failed, and the onboard sound was sub par. can anyone provide further detail? also, i read the bios must be flashed right out of the box. should i start a new thread to find out how that works?

EDIT: where does the CPU fan plug in on the asus board in DCIScouts (sp?) post

Yeah, that Gigabyte should work pretty well as well. The CPU power connector is right above the blue PCI-E connector on the Asus board I posted.

If your asking if two 4650 in X8 slots in crossfire would be faster than a single 4650 running in a 16 slot. Yes the crossfire setup would be faster. Running a 4650 at 8X is not going to take a performance hit, not really using up all the bandwidth. Now if you were running two 4870 in crossfire it might take a few FPS hit.
