Is this normal when the fans turn on ?

Do your fans crack when they turn on ? It sounds like this:

Is that the cpu fan? Sounds like it anyway. Fans can make a certain amount of noise when starting up but they are normally quiet.

Yes I think this is the cpu fan. But what can I do now?

Have you checked to the blades to make sure they aren't cracked? Is it an old fan? The guts of the fan could be wore out.

Its a new Notebook 9 Days old

If it's not too big of a hassle, I'll get a replacement laptop and see if it behaves the same. Some fans do crank to max for the first few seconds when booting up.

The audio clip is hard to tell, but that fan may have been a dud. Sounds like a malfunctioning bearing but it could be nothing.
