Is this normal?!

My computer is very unstable, I don't usually get through a day without it BSODing, and I daren't play games on it for this reason.

I am planning to build my own PC, but thought I would, in the mean time, fix some of the issues. I downloaded speedfan and took a screenshot of it:

The things I am most concerned about is the temperatures, as well as the voltages?! Why is the -12V running at -1.17V? Should it be like that and if not, how can I fix it?

Thanks

Simon

Speedfan isn't the most realiable temperature reader out there. speedfan said that my processor was running at 79C idle and turns out it was actually only at mid 30's.

so try everest that is better IMO.

Forget the -12v, the modern desktop computer doesn't use this voltage anymore. So probably it's trying to read when there is no sensor.

Regarding the temperatures, the first thing to do is take the panel off and ensure it's not clogged up with dust anywhere so that you can maximise the cooling. Get a little brush and a can of air and give it a spring clean.
