IS this normal?

Yeah, it is, windows will use virtual memory even if you have like a trillion terabytes of RAM. Also there may have been full usage of the RAM before but some of it got cleared up.
 
nope never used up all my ram yet has only happened like once in this comps entire life. I was running so much crap. Now that i plan on getting a gig now i can have even more. Stupid processor my intel cant mutlitask alot i need dual core to run more threads
