Is This Okay?

I am planning on making a new computer and was wondering if this motherboard would be recommended for good stability (if I find myself wanting to overclock it in the future) and if the chipset is of good quality and correct for an ATI (crossfire ready) video card and an AMD processor (since they go hand in hand now.) As for AMD and ATI being together, I am not sure if there are any significant unlocks of potential in computing power in which case I pose the question; would an Nvidia card be a good choice to go along with an AMD processor and motherboard? I know it's a bit off topic in terms of the processor going along with the right video card, but if you could answer this it would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!

yea, go for ati, but only if you dont have the money for an 8800. yea, go for an AMD, but only if you cant afford a c2d, which are only about $130

Alright, that's roughly what I was thinking, but I have yet another question. I don't know if you would consider this unrelated, but how is the onboard sound on this thing? (I was obviously dumb at the time not to post what motherboard I was talking about so I'll show you now.) http://www.anitec.ca/product/6915/asus_m2r32_mvp_xpress_3200_athlon64orx2orfxorsempron_pci_e_socket_am2/

The sound will ok, if you want really good sound then get a sound card seperately.
