Looks like OK asking price for me.

Then again PSU and motherboard are "too good" for gaming build. CPU and video cards are bit weak. So not very balanced build.

50% cheaper PSU is OK for those parts. Motherboard has FX chipset that only matters with multiple graphics cards. Hard disk is bit overkill, because SSD + regular HDD is better combo. For gaming, those parts should have been cheaper, CPU and video card better. New games will run "OK" but not very good. Those parts are worth the price but for gaming that setup is not balanced.
 
Well the price got dropped to 450 so I think im going to pick it up. I think at that price I can just upgrade the video card and processor when they are unable to run new games. What you think?

450 is good price. Upgrading processor and video card gives you some upgrade path also.
