okay, I ordered these earlier this week and just arrived today Gtx 260 216core, so I go ahead and put it in, opened up gpu-z and noticed it had a clock of 626, memory of 1053, and shader 1350...diff from the specs specified: is it possible they gave me the superclocked edition by accident? i was a tad bit confused

Check the model number. The one you ordered is 896-P3-1255-AR, but it seems like the one you got might be 896-P3-1257-AR.

Might've got switched at the factory then. They're both essentially the same hardware, it's just that one has been factory overclocked.

I never got this factory overclock thing...

Is there any difference at all? Like is a factory overclock better than me doing it myself?

It's considered safer, and doesn't hurt the resale value of the card. A lot of people won't buy hardware if they know it's been overclocked.
