IS this PSU enough?

It looks like a decent PSU, but I would give up looks for reliability. Raidmax is known for it's cases(sort of) and not it's PSUs. I'd go with Antec, Enermax, Silverstone, or Ultra when it comes to PSUs.
 
Now that I know its enough I can work from there. What would be the minimum I would need?

Does anybody own a Raidmax or owns this one. I dont know it does have a lot of good reviews, should I look for another one. the only bad part are the cables. (but i can deal with that:P )

That's very, very true. The retail units are much better, though. It would be quite adequate to power your system, but far from the top of my recommendations list. There are better units for the money, but if it's the flashy look you're after, it will suffice.
