Is this PSU good enough?

It looks cheap...specs are pretty decent, but I still wouldn't trust it. I mean I paid more for my PSU alone than that cause and PSU combo. You really shouldn't go cheap on your power supply.

Also, you didn't specify what you're running. Not that it would change my opinion that much just due to the cheap brand and all, but still that can make a difference.

I am planning on using
mother board Intel BOXDG965WHMKR LGA 775 Intel G965 Express ATX
CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz 2M shared L2 Cache LGA 775
memory Kingston ValueRAM 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667
harddrive Western Digital Caviar 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s

Can you suggest a PSU then? I dont want to pay too much for it

Use the one in the Athenatech case. The unit included is a reasonably good quality Topower, much better than most you'll see at that price. Your system, with integrated graphics, won't draw much power.
