Is this PSU up to the job?!?

Hey all

ive just heard nasty rumours that psu's can destroy computers!! nah i heard if a psu aint up to the job then it can fry components etc, and i have like 4 hard drives in my comp and a 3.0ghz pentium 4 overclocked to 3.4 right now, so my question is, is my psu up to the job: http://www.jeantech.com/Products/Power_Supply/120mm_PSU/120mm_psu.html , Cheers

it looks to have adequate specs and should work well.

but i've never heard of that brand...so somewhat skeptical.

Cheers, i think only pcworld in the uk sell them, so ive heard. i know nuthin about powersupplys except knowing you need quite a few watts ie mines 450w, i keep hearin about a 12v rail watever that is, does mine have an alright 12v rail ? lol

29-31Amps on ther 12v rail should do fine even for intense work load. so yah i'd say it's pretty stable.
