Is this ram ok?

just a quick question
currently buying for my new build
just found this ram at a good price

my mobo is ASUS p7p55d-e
it says its suitable for this but its not in the recommended list in the mobo manual.
does it matter?

is cl7 slower that cl8 latency?

i heard cl8 is more stable and uses lower voltage but as i said its what i heard.
I'll search around and find out if its correct

No, the lower the number the better. Thats good memory. Dont know where you live but if you can find it get the G Skill ECO memory. It has 7-8-7-24 with CL7 with just 1.35V
