Is this really worth $957.92CAD?? (receipt attached)

Yesterday, I went to Memoryexpress and picked up the parts.

The total cost of Phenom X4 945 setup turned out to be $952.92CAD ($890.789USD) which was over my budget. I was planning to spend a little over $800CAD.

Here is the picture of the receipt. I subtracted the amount of network card and monitor, because they were not counted in a budget

Does this seem overpriced or is this about right? Nonetheless, is this a good gaming setup? If it is the best setup for the money...I guess I will just bite the bullet.

I still wanna hold on to Phenom X4 945 setup, so I will probably try to find some cheaper ASUS motherboard and maybe downgrade video card to reduce the cost..

well, as a fellow canadian, I know you can find the Phenom II 945 95w for 199 at newegg. And antec 900 is about 20 bucks cheaper, and is most likely a better case, but other than that, nothing is really amiss, and shipping would probably offset money saved anyway. Its a good set-up.

I found out that Directcanada is doing a free shipping for more than $300! :)

But I like to disagree with you saying 900 is better than Cooler master Scout
