this is my ram

I tried manually changing the timings to stock but just want to make sure everything is right. The timings were 6-6-6-18
 
Dont know what your going for.

It looks like the stock timing at 400mhz. is 6-6-6-18 at 1.8V

Its running at 400mhz. at 5-4-4-15
 
so which is better? 400 6-6-6-18 or 5-4-4-15? I thought that smaller timings were better thats why i changed it.
