Is this site infected?

I am using the paid version of MBAM and I have realtime protection enabled. Whenever I visit this site, not every time, MBAM blocks a malicious website. I googled the IP address and it is a place in Texas. Has anybody else noticed this? Should I be worried?
 
Most likely its detecting one of the ads that pop up on the page. I remember getting the same thing from avg months ago and I checked into it and it was related to an ad popping up. With the ads changing all the time thats why it don't happen a lot.
