Is this system worth it?

First of all, I am having this system built for me as I have only changed RAM/Video Cards out before.

MB= Asus M3N78-VM
CPU= AMD Athlon II X4 620
Memory= 4 GB OCZ or Corsair DDr2
Optical Drive= LG Blue ray DVDRW
HD= Hitachi 500 GB SATA
Case= Black NZXT Beta case
PS= King win 610watt SLI and Crossfire ready

Is this worth the $600 he is charging me?

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thank You, Peter!

The one thing that concerns me is the power supply. I have read you should avoid that brand. I mean only 35 bucks for a 600 watt power supply.

What about an operating system, do you need one or will you have to buy one? If you have to buy one, that price is about average.

What about a video card? Do you already have one?

The OS is included. It's Win7, no vid card as of yet. He states the Mobo has HDMI out put on board. I know it wont be the best, but it will due for now.

Thanks!

Any other comments or concerns?

Well considering that the computer's specifications are pretty good and you ALSO get the Windows 7 operating system with it,600$ isn't that much considering that just Windows 7 is VERY expensive,but you GET IT with the computer.
As for the video card,they aren't that expensive.Video cards of 400 mhz and let's say 128 MB are really cheap today...

But before you decide,tell us for what will you use your computer so we can help you to decide...

By the way if its for gaming,to tell you honestly,you can make miracles with the video card that has only 64 MB ;)

I plan on using this rig for media streaming to the entire home network and making and burning Blu-rays. I will end up editing the HD video on it, but not until way later. I"m not much of a gamer.

What suggestions would you make for editing video in AfterEffects.
And what PSU should I get?

The hardware would cost around $400 - 450. $600 would be a good deal if OS included.
My concern on this would be the PSU

Well I just told the guy that I was wanting to spend around $500 - $600. I guess that's why he started to cut some corners.

I can wait and upgrade the video card later, but really do not want to touch the power supply. So whatever you guys think will be best for this system and what I want to do, I am willing to throw in the extra $$.

Which of these would be better?
