Is This The Work Of A Virus, etc. Or A Hacker?

I have Windows XP and I'm currently doing a full computer scan with AVG 8.0 (free).

Anyways, I cannot see my desktop items, my menu bar (with the Start Menu, Time, etc.), and I can't right click in my desktop.

In order to access the internet I am using Ctrl+Alt+Del. and New Tasking everything. Please help.

:confused::confused::confused:

It work of a virus. Google RRT (restriction removal tool). It can help your problem.
Do you think you could possibly give me a link of the best one to download..I don't want to download the wrong one and I end up getting another virus or something. ^^;; :o

That can't be the full log. You are missing entries, please rerun the scan again and post the log.
