Is this webcam streaming choppy, or is it just me?

Im guessing but are you doing this with wireless? that may be the problem.
Do you have a cat5 hooked up that should work fine. or at least thats the way it worked for me.

It wouldn't be uncommon for a live webcast to have a very low frame rate, which would result in choppy video. Streaming video can take up a lot of data, so often the quality is intentionally low to offset this.
 
My problem was with Skype wireless. Using the Asus Eee which was making slow. i bought like a 10ft cat5 and hooked up and i was ok.
 
Thanks for the quick replies, everyone! Yeah, I'm doing this over wireless.

What's weird is that "camera 1" "2" and "3" all stream smoothly.

Also, my avg speed is about 2Mbps, with a ping of about 50-70. The signal is kind of low as well, but I've not had any problems with it, so that is why I asked.
