Is WMP11 installed?

I tried to download WMP11 with dialup because I am a glutton for punishment. I thought it was completed, then it started downloading the URGE files. When that was almost done I lost my connection. The file now appears on my desktop as { WMP-11 Window sxp-x86-enu.} Is WMP complete or is this some installation file? Do I need to download the Urge file to complete the process?
 
When its not done, usually the name is so.so.temp If there isnt anything like that, then i would try it.
 
It will start up but everytime I start it up, it goes through the whole installing/setup. Is this how it normally works?

After the install and startup, it shouldn't re-install every time. I've been using it for a few days and it works great.
