i have an ait is7 and like half the time i boot up i get insane amounts of vibration from the nb fan, i either have to open up the chassis, stop the fan and then let it spin again. or i have to hit the chassis lightly 5 or 6 times to make it start spinning fine... the mobo is brand new.... 
how do i stop it from happening
