ISA connector?

You don't put an ISA connector on a motherboard. It's either there already installed at the factory or it isn't. It's a non-removeable part.

An ATI Radeon X300 SE is most likely a PCI-Express card, not ISA. ISA hasn't been used on motherboards since maybe 1998 or so.

You are calling it a connector. Usually its called a slot. Most new boards have PCI and PCIe/PCI Express slots. They are not removable. Older boards would have PCI and AGP slots. Even older boards would have ISA slots.

Do you know the brand and model number motherboards your talking about?

Those Dells do not have ISA slots, most likely they are PCI Express or if they are older then they may be AGP. You cannot 'remove' slots from a motherboard, they are meant to be there and not removable. You can remove the cards from the slots but NOT the slots themselves, so if you wanted to you could pull out your Radeon X300 SE card, but not remove the PCI Express or AGP slot itself.
