Isn't it a broadband connection ????

I have heard that an internet connection at the speed of 64 kbps is considered to be a dial up connection . Is it really so. I can use the telephone even when i am using internet. So i think it is a broadband connection . Please reply.

It wouldn't matter the title, dial-up or broadband, the two speeds are so close to the same there would be very little difference between the two...
